Olga Suslova
Olga Suslova, marine life artist, a member of the Ocean Artists Society,
was born in St. Petersburg, Russia,
studied drawing and sculpture at the Art School,
graduated with Honours from the Theatre Arts Academy in Saint Petersburg
as a stage designer,later worked in Mariinsky Opera and Ballet Theatre.
She works as a painter and graphic artist using watercolors and oils.
Olga works with oil colors using the old masters technique. It is a multi-layer
thin coating technology, many layers of transparent glazes.
Working with watercolors she uses the technique of painting on wet paper
or a classic multilayered watercolor drawing.
